Before we arrive
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most clients leave a key in a lockbox or give us a door code. Every cleaner is background-checked, insured and works with a named team lead.
What products do you use?
Our own plant-based kit: castile soap, vinegar-based glass cleaner, hydrogen peroxide for bathrooms and fragrance-free options on request. We bring everything, including vacuums and microfibre.
Is the price on the estimator final?
Yes, for homes that match what you entered. If we arrive and the home is very different (say, twice the size), we call you before starting — never surprise charges.
